I was on the old wait-list, which I guess is now just a newsletter. This sounds exactly like what I need... except for the SMS part. If you want me to miss or lose information, the best way to do it is to send it in a text message that will get buried with the dozens of other texts I receive each day: reminders, group texts (for the love of God, why am I stuck in 7 ones with my ex?), family members complaining about each other (because apparently keeping this family running also involves being the void that everyone screams into lol), 2FA codes, delivery notifications, politicians who can't figure out that I've never contributed to a political campaign and never will, and outright spam
I totally get that - SMS has turned into such a noisy channel even in the past 5 years since I started building Milo and certainly in the past 10 years when I was building Poppy.
Tbh, the ideal for me is to let people choose their media of choice - SMS, whatsapp, direct app. It's just for now, while we're building the main thing, we've had to choose and for so many people, the simplicity of SMS still beats the noisiness.
